Bred by Dr. Keith W. Zary (United States, before 1992).
Introduced in United States by Bear Creek Gardens, Inc. in 1997 as 'Spice Twice'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Orange blend.  Strong, spice fragrance.  26 to 40 petals.  Average diameter 6".  Large, double (17-25 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:

Height: 5' (150cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
