Hybrid Bourbon, Hybrid China.  
Bloom:
Lilac - pink, silver(y) edges, silver(y) reverse.  Moderate fragrance.  Medium to large, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters bloom form.  Occasional repeat later in the season.  
Habit:
Glossy, light green foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
