Bloom:
Yellow, violet-red stripes.  Flowers yellow with red-purple stripes.  None to mild fragrance.  12 to 14 petals.  Average diameter 3".  Large, semi-double to double, cluster-flowered, in small clusters, cupped-to-flat, rounded, ruffled bloom form.  Prolific, continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  
Habit:
Compact.  Dark green foliage.  

Height: 39" to 4'11" (100 to 150cm).  Width: 39" (100cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for garden.  Hardy.  vigorous.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.

The present invention constitutes a new and distinct variety of garden rose plant which originated from a controlled crossing between two undistributed, unnamed seedlings.....`POULninga` was selected in spring 1988 by the inventors as a single plant from the progeny of the aforementioned hybridization.
