Bred by Pierre Guillot (1855-1918) (France, before 1913).
Introduced in France by Guillot/Roseraies Pierre Guillot in 1913 as 'Renée Danielle'.
Class:
Hybrid Wichurana.  
Bloom:
Yellow to golden-yellow, ages to white .  Medium, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, cluster-flowered, cupped-to-flat bloom form.  Occasional repeat later in the season.  
Habit:
Climbing, few or no prickles/thorns.  Glossy, reddish-purple foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  A good subject for pegging.
