Discovered by Dr. Gustav Brada (Czechoslovakia (former), 1937).
Introduced in Czech Republic by Jan Böhm in 1937 as 'Vlasta Burian'.

Bloom:
Purple and red.  Small, double (17-25 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).

Notes:
Sangerhausen states Böhm as breeder, the Czech Rosa klub lists both Böhm and Dr. Brada. Possibly Vlasta Burian was bred by Dr. Brada and introduced by Böhm like many other cultivars of Dr. Brada.
