This is one of my fave floribundas. It is always in blooms here. I like the scent. It is "strong" but I would describe it as highly sweet, and not heavy. The honey bees love this rose. It is usually a horse race for the bees to go for this rose, Playboy or Rosa rugosa alba.

I don't spray, either. I suspect there are better plants around than the one I have.

This graceful shrub rose is great in the garden-- lots of bloom at all levels on the plant. Blends well with other colors, repeats well, and is a good healthy plant. When I placed it in the new garden I made sure it was right outside the kitchen window. Now I need another plant-- for outside the bay window!
