Bred by Emil Heizmann (Switzerland, 1932).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1936 as 'Madame Hélene Dapples'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Crimson.  Strong fragrance.  Large, semi-double (9-16 petals), cluster-flowered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Upright.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Hélène Dapples-Emetaz, wife of Louis E. Ch. Dapples (1867-1937), banker and president of Nestlé. They established a trust fund for epilepsy, due to their son Jean Henri who died 1922.
