Introduced in United Kingdom by Fryer's Roses/Fryer's Nurseries Ltd. in 1948 as 'Beryl Formby'.
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1950 as 'Beryl Formby'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Golden-yellow, crimson shading.  Strong fragrance.  36 to 40 petals.  Large, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy.  Glossy foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for cut flower or garden.
