Introduced in United Kingdom by R Harkness & Co. Ltd. in 1980 as 'Anne Harkness'.
Apricot or apricot blend, yellow edges.  Mild fragrance.  35 petals.  Double (17-25 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Height of 42" to 5' (105 to 150 cm).  Width of 2' to 3' (60 to 90 cm).
USDA zone 6b through 10b.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  
Heirloom Old Garden Roses considers this rose to be a Bouquet Rose... its double blooms are amber shading to gold at the edges...
