Origin:
Bred by Mathias Tantau, Jr. (1912 - 2006) (Germany, before 1965).
Introduced in France by NIRP International in 1965 as 'Belle Strasbourgeoise'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Light pink, ages to lighter .  Pastel pink.  Strong fragrance.  up to 30 petals.  Full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Medium, long buds.  
Habit:
Large, glossy, dark green, leathery foliage.  

Height: up to 2' (up to 60cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
