Bred by Falk Hannemann (Australia, before 1991).
Introduced in Australia by The Rose Paradise in 1992 as 'Cecilia 89'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Apricot blend.  Pastel shades of apricot, pink, cream and yellow, ageing to white. Wavy petals.  Single to semi-double, cluster-flowered bloom form.  
Habit:

Height: 31" (80cm).  Width: 4'11" (150cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for cut flower.
