Bred by Charles Mallerin (France, before 1926).
Introduced in United States by Conard-Pyle (Star Roses) in 1926 as 'Cécile Walter'.
Introduced in France by Henri Guillot in 1930 as 'Cécile Walter'.
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1932 as 'Cécile Walter'.

Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Coral-pink, golden-yellow undertones.  Mild fragrance.  28 petals.  Very large, semi-double to double, borne mostly solitary, cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Long buds.  
Habit:
Thornless (or almost), upright.  Dark green foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Hardy.
