Origin:
Bred by Joseph Bonnaire (France, 1899).
Introduced in Australia by Hawter’s Nurseries in 1909 as 'Ma Tulipe'.

Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Crimson.  Large, semi-double (9-16 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Long buds.  
Habit:
Upright.  

Height: up to 32" (up to 80cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Hardy.  vigorous.
