Bred by Jean-Baptiste André (fils) Guillot (1827-1893) (France, 1871).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in before 1911 as 'Comtesse de Nadaillac'.

Bloom:
Peach - pink, apricot shading, yellow undertones.  Large, full (26-40 petals), globular, high-centered bloom form.  
Habit:
Arching, armed with thorns / prickles.  
Growing:
USDA zone 8a through 9b.
