Rosa Moyesii Geranium.  A modern seedling of dazzling red with exceptionally fine orange red hips. The bush is less inclined to take over the garden than the other forms of Moyesii.   Quite spectacular when seen reflecting early morning sunlight. 1950. W.  Shade tolerant. F. (S) 8 x 9’.

One of these, 'Geranium', a more compact bush then the type, originated at the Royal Horticultural Society Test Garden at Wisley and is known for its glowing geranium red flowers two inches in diameter, fine textured foliage and magnificent scarlet fruits of elongated outline.
