Origin:
Bred by Alexander Dickson II (1857-1949) (United Kingdom, 1929).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1930 as 'Canary'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Golden-yellow, ages to light yellow .  Light golden yellow developing to canary yellow. Slightly flushed cerise on reverse of outer petals,.  Moderate fragrance.  Semi-double to double, high-centered, spiral centers bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Few or no prickles/thorns, upright, well-branched.  Glossy foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
