Bred by André Delbard-Chabert (1915-2012) (France, before 1966).
Introduced in France by Delbard/Georges Delbard SA in 1966 as 'Diapason'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Light pink, salmon-orange shading.  Porcelain pink.  Moderate fragrance.  40 to 45 petals.  Medium, very full (41+ petals), globular bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Rounded buds.  
Habit:
Bushy, upright.  Glossy, bronze-green foliage.  

Height: up to 39" (up to 100cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, cut flower or garden.  Vigorous.  Protect tender new spring growth from hard freezes that may cause canker, die-back and death of the plant. .  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood..
