Origin:
Bred by George Beckwith & Son (United Kingdom, before 1922).
Introduced in France by Grandes Roseraies du Val de la Loire in 1922 as 'Elsie Beckwith'.
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1923 as 'Elsie Beckwith'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Rose-pink, darker center.  Strong, sweet fragrance.  Large, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Upright.  Dark green, leathery foliage.  

Height: up to 28" (up to 70cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for cut flower or garden.
