Bred by Cadle's Roses (United Kingdom, 1975).

Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Yellow blend, red reverse.  Strong fragrance.  15 petals.  Average diameter 3.5".  Large, semi-double (9-16 petals), full (26-40 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).

Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Guy Fawkes, aka John Johnson and Guido Fawkes, was born in the Stonegate district of York circa 1570. He was arrested for his part in a plot to free Sir Walter Raleigh on 5 November 1605 and was executed 31 January 1606.
