Introduced in South Africa by Ludwig's Roses as 'Figaro Panarosa'.

Light pink.  Moderate, anise, fruity, lemon, rose fragrance.  Average diameter 3.5".  Medium to large, very double, cupped, globular bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Tall, arching.  
Height of 35" to 8' 2" (90 to 250 cm).  Width of 20" to 2' (50 to 60 cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
