Bred by Charles Mallerin (France, before 1938).
Introduced in France by Henri Guillot in before 1939 as 'Madame Edmond Labbé'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Orange-red, golden-yellow reverse.  Mild fragrance.  Large, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, globular bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Pointed buds.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
