Worknjoe,

First, thanks for sharing your experience and second, we moved your photo to the photos tab for this plant as it will get more exposure there.

Thanks again.

After I posted the photo, I realized I should have put it in the photo section, so I put it there also. Now it is there twice I am do not know how to delete one.

It's easy, just display the full sized image - there you'll find an EDIT / DELETE button.

When I pull up a full-sized photo I have posted on a rose's Photos tab, I don't see any Edit/Delete button. I've been wondering why I don't see any Edit button with which to edit comments I attached to photos.

That happened to me too yesterday and the day before, I thought that was a new (or missing if you like) sitefeature.

You should have full control over your own photos - we'll take a look.

The remove photos is also not working for me today. Something changed two days ago that changed the options links above one's own photos to the same options that everyone else has with that photo -- i.e. the rate photo button is there, but not the edit/delete button.

Thanks

I was worried that this rose might not be amenable to our very hot and dry North Texas Summers, having been bred in the Netherlands, but I am delighted that I tried it. It not only had a spectacular spring and beautiful fall flush but there were flowers on it all summer long, even in July and August. Very nice dark green small foliage. I love the colors. It also has pretty berry sized hips in the winter and I hope the birds will like them. It was not threatened with blackspot either. I do have a spray program but some roses get it anyway and this one did not. It wanted to spread too far, but if I pruned a straight shoot it was very good about branching and keeping a more compact shape. I am very pleased with it and can recommend it for our climate.

Nice to know it is recommended for your climate. It looks like a nice landscape shrub.

Thank You, I too have enjoyed gardening since I was young, however I never pursued it proffesionally. Hope to get more pictures here once I remember what the names of the roses are.

Well, if you need help identifying roses, you could post photos of them here and no doubt you'll get them identified. Also, there is a special forum on GardenWeb.com for help identifying roses with lost names. In the meantime, I'll look forward to seeing more pictures of your roses and garden.
