Medium pink Hybrid Perpetual.
Origin:
Bred by Jean-Baptiste André (fils) Guillot (1827-1893) (France, 1859). Bred by Joseph Rambaux (France, 1874).
Introduced in Australia by Handasyde, McMillan & Co. in 1864 as 'Mademoiselle Eugénie Verdier'.
Class:
Hybrid Perpetual.  
Bloom:
Rose-pink, darker center, silver(y) highlights, ages to blush .  Strong fragrance.  40 petals.  Average diameter 3.75".  Large, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Leafy sepals buds.  
Habit:
Few or no prickles/thorns, upright.  Light green foliage.  3 to 5 leaflets.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
The synonymity of 'Mlle Eugénie Verdier' with 'Mme Marie Finger' as reported in English publications is questionable.
