The lovely fullness and subtle coloring of the center is hidden from view as the heavy nodding blooms face the ground. All I see is the profile of a bell-shaped white bloom. We hope it grows to 6 feet! Uploaded 27 APR 09

The apricot coloring shown here disappeared almost instantly after the blooms were in water inside the house, shifting to very light pink. Blooms have opened very consistently this spring for the firs time. The bloom on the lower right had 100 petals and petaloids. 27 April 2009 near Santa Rosa, California. 6 favorite votes.
