Bred by Colin Dickson (1956-....) (United Kingdom, 1992).
Introduced in United Kingdom by Dickson Nurseries Ltd. / Dickson Roses in 2001 as 'Simply Heaven'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea, Shrub.  
Bloom:
Light yellow. .  Mild, sweet fragrance.  37 petals.  Large, full (26-40 petals), high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Large, dark green foliage.  

Height: 45" (115cm).  Width: up to 32" (up to 80cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.

Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
According to Dicksons's website, this rose was bred in 1992. It was awarded a Gold Medal from the Royal National Rose Society in 1999. It also won a Gold Medal at the Hague Trials and Certificates of Merit in Dublin and Rome.
