Origin:

Bred by Nola M. Simpson (New Zealand, 2001).
Introduced in France by URS (Universal Rose Selection)-Meilland in 2001 as 'Terracotta'.
Introduced in United Kingdom by Style Roses in circa 2016 as 'Terracotta'.

Class:

Hybrid Tea, Shrub.

Bloom:

Russet. Dark russet brown, chocolate brown. Mild fragrance. Average diameter 4.25". Small to medium, high-centered bloom form.

Habit:

Tall, thornless (or almost). Large, glossy, dark green foliage.
Height of 39" to 43" (100 to 110 cm).

Growing:

USDA zone 6b through 9b (default). Can be used for cut flower. Resist the urge to prune this rose too heavily -- it doesn't like it!.
