Teas and Noisettes.
Madame Eugène Verdier (Levet, 1883). — Apparently a "Dijon" rose, with the manners and customs of the family. The best coloured of them all, being really a good yellow. The blooms are not very large, though full and good, and it is not so free-flowering or anything like so hardy as its parent, as it is one of the tenderest of Roses. Late in flowering, and best in autumn. Note that there is a H.P. of exactly the same name.

Tea. Madame Eugène Verdier (Levet 1882). Large, fine form, deep chamois-yellow, excels her mother Gloire de Dijon in colour, very fragrant, vigorous. Extra. This variety is very suitable for groups, mixed with repeating hybrid roses. Is an excellent autumn-bloomer. The chamois-yellow colour is then especially prominent. Vigorous. Solitary. The queen of the yellow climbers. Extra.
