Introduced in France by André Schwartz in 1903 as 'Comte de Wallis'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Blush, pink edges, pink shading, salmon-pink center.  Reverse shaded carmine-pink.  Large, full (26-40 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Growing:
USDA zone 7b and warmer.
