Origin:
Bred by Hendrikus Antonie Verschuren Jr. (1885-1947) (Netherlands, 1927).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1928 as 'Mevrouw Amelie Müller'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Salmon-pink, orange shading, golden-yellow shading, pink shading.  Moderate fragrance.  Very large, very double, borne mostly solitary, globular bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy, few or no prickles/thorns, upright.  
Growing:
USDA zone 7b and warmer.  Vigorous.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) .
