Bred by Frank A. Benardella (United States, circa 1998).
Introduced in United States by Nor' East Miniature Roses in 2004 as 'Picotee'.
White, white reverse, red edges.  Mild fragrance.  26 to 32 petals.  Average diameter 1.5".  Small, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, high-centered to cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Ovoid buds.
Medium, bushy, upright, well-branched.  Small, semi-glossy, medium green foliage.  3 to 7 leaflets.

Height: 18" to 2' (45 to 60cm).  Width: 16" to 20" (40 to 50cm).
USDA zone 5b through 10b.  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower, exhibition or garden.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
