Origin:
Bred by John & Robyn Sheldon (United States).
Introduced in United States by Certified Nurseries as 'Delicate Lady'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
White, pink center.  Mild fragrance.  32 to 36 petals.  Average diameter 5".  Large, classic hybrid tea, exhibition bloom form.  Spring or summer flush with scattered later bloom.  
Habit:

Height: 4' to 6' (120 to 185cm).  Width: 3' to 4' (90 to 120cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for cut flower, exhibition or garden.  Can be grown as a shrub.  Disease susceptibility: disease resistant, susceptible to blackspot .  Needs little care; relatively disease-free and quite hardy.  
Breeder's notes:
Phototropic Exhibition Hybrid Tea, very vigorous plant with dark green foliage. Easy to grow and excellent for the garden or exhibition. This rose has pink tipped petals in the bud stage that turn snow white in exhibition form. Very hardy but still requires winter protection in feezing climates.

Delicate Lady is available nationwide at selected nurseries and garden centers, including Wal-Marts, and Targets. It is also be available at Lowes but only on the west coast.
