I have a wall facing south-east and i want to plant a Climbing Lady Hillingdon against it. I'm from Amsterdam (Netherlands) and i'm afraid it will be to cold for her in winter.
Is the plant hardy enough?

It should be no problem in Amsterdam. I live in Switzerland (zone 7b), i.e. -12 to -15 in winter, and have a Lady Hillingdon, Cl, with winter protection. Amsterdam is Zone 8 (-7 to -12). I would protect the lower parts of the rose the first 2-3 years, still.

Lady Hillingdon is one of the most beautiful rose plants one can grow. The bush is elegant, the foliage beautiful from the maroon first growth to the green mature leaves, which are beautifuly shaped, and never large or leathery. The flowers do tend to droop, but they are charmingly shaped and colored.
