Bred by Georges Delbard (1905-1999) (France, 1993). Bred by Guy Delbard (France, 1993).
Introduced in France by Delbard/Georges Delbard SA in 2001 as 'Belle du Seigneur'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Deep yellow, apricot shading.  None / no fragrance.  28 petals.  Average diameter 4".  Large, very double, in small clusters, high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, medium green foliage.  
Height of 2' to 32" (60 to 80 cm).  Width of 20" to 2' (50 to 60 cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for cut flower.
