Introduced in Japan by Keisei Rose Nurseries Inc. in 2004 as 'Oscar François'.
Introduced in United States by Star Roses (Pennsylvania) in 2005.
Introduced in Australia by Wagner's Rose Nursery in 2016 as 'Brilliance'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
White, light yellow undertones.  Strong, apricot or peach, fruity, rose, sweet fragrance.  26 to 30 petals.  Average diameter 4".  Large, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, classic hybrid tea, high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Tall, upright.  Semi-glossy, dark green, dense foliage.  
Height of 39" to 5' 11" (100 to 180 cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 7b and warmer.  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower, garden or landscape.  Very hardy.  very vigorous.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
