'Mixed Feelings' rose Description

Origin:
Bred by Brad Jalbert (Canada, before 2002). Introduced in Canada by Select Roses in 2002 as 'Len Gallagher'. Introduced in New Zealand by Amoré Roses in 2016 as 'Mixed Feelings'.
Bloom:
Red and white, stripes. None to mild, anise, clove, damask, spice fragrance. 26 to 40 petals. Average diameter 1.5". Medium, full (26-40 petals), in small clusters bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
Habit:
Tall, upright. Medium, semi-glossy, medium green, dense foliage.
Height: 16" to 18" (40 to 45cm). Width: 10" to 1' (25 to 30cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default). Can be used for container rose, cut flower or garden. Hardy. Disease susceptibility: disease resistant, blackspot resistant, mildew resistant. Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom. Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that. Cut back one-half every year..
