Introduced in Canada by Select Roses in 2002 as 'Len Gallagher'.
Introduced in New Zealand by Amoré Roses in 2016 as 'Mixed Feelings'.
Class:
Miniature.  
Bloom:
Red and white, stripes.  None to mild, anise, clove, damask, spice fragrance.  26 to 40 petals.  Average diameter 1.5".  Medium, full (26-40 petals), in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Tall, upright.  Medium, semi-glossy, medium green, dense foliage.  

Height: 16" to 18" (40 to 45cm).  Width: 10" to 1' (25 to 30cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for container rose, cut flower or garden.  Hardy.  Disease susceptibility: disease resistant, blackspot resistant, mildew resistant.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Cut back one-half every year..
