Bloom:
Red, rose-pink shading, cream center. Mild, rose fragrance. 10 petals. Average diameter 3". Medium, single (4-8 petals), in large clusters bloom form. Spring or summer flush with scattered later bloom. Pointed buds.
Habit:
Bushy, compact, rounded, upright. Glossy, medium green foliage. 3 to 7 leaflets.
Height: 2' (60cm). Width: up to 32" (up to 80cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 4b through 7b. Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.

The new variety of Rosa hybrida landscape shrub rose plant was created at Yamhill, Oreg. during 1993 by artificial pollination wherein two parents were crossed which previously had been studied in the hope that they would contribute the desired characteristics. The female parent (i.e., the seed parent) was the `Meipitac` variety (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 7,783). The male parent (i.e., the pollen parent) was the `Chuckles` variety (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 1,608).
