Bred by Peter Lambert (Germany, 1901).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in before 1911 as 'Madame Jean Dupuy'.

Bloom:
Red - golden-yellow, cream outer petals, pink edges.  Moderate fragrance.  Large, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, globular bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Long buds.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
