Origin:
Bred by Paul Chessum (United Kingdom, before 2005).
Introduced in United Kingdom by World Of Roses in 2005 as 'Rosie Jane'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Pink.  None / no fragrance.  Average diameter 1.5".  Small, single (4-8 petals), borne mostly solitary bloom form.  Continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, bushy.  Medium, semi-glossy, medium green foliage.  

Height: up to 2' (up to 60cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose or garden.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
