Bred by Joyce L. Fleming (Canada, 1999).
Introduced in Canada by Hortico Inc. in 2003 as 'Glee'.
Class:
Shrub.  
Bloom:
Red.  Prominent yellow stamens.  None to mild fragrance.  Average diameter 1.25".  Single (4-8 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Short, upright.  Medium, matte, medium green foliage.  

Height: up to 1' (up to 30cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 5b and warmer.  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose or garden.  Hardy.  Protect tender new spring growth from hard freezes that may cause canker, die-back and death of the plant. .  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood..
