Introduced in United States by Jackson & Perkins Co. in 2007 as 'Plum Frost'.
Class:
Shrub.   (Series: Ultimate Rose ™ Collection)  
Bloom:
Purple.  Purple with lavender reverse.  Strong, citrus, lemon fragrance.  10 to 15 petals.  Average diameter 3.25".  Medium to large, semi-double (9-16 petals), in small clusters, cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, upright.  Medium, glossy, dark green foliage.  5 to 7 leaflets.  

Height: up to 4' (up to 120cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, garden or hedge.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
