Introduced in France by Grandes Roseraies du Val de la Loire in 1926 as 'Mevrouw G.A. van Rossem'.
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1928 as 'Mevrouw G.A. van Rossem'.
Introduced in United States by Conard-Pyle (Star Roses) in 1929 as 'Mrs. G.A. van Rossem'.

Bloom:
Orange - yellow, apricot shading, golden-yellow undertones, copper reverse.  Mild to strong, fruity fragrance.  Large, double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered, open bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles, bushy, upright.  Large, glossy, bronze-green, leathery foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Disease susceptibility: susceptible to Mildew.
