Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Red.  None to mild fragrance.  33 petals.  Double (17-25 petals), in bundles, cluster-flowered, cupped, rounded bloom form.  Small, ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Glossy, medium green, leathery foliage.  
Height of up to 30" (up to 75 cm).  Width of up to 18" (up to 45 cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.
