Origin:
Bred by Gerald Adriaan Van Rossem (Netherlands, before 1928).
Introduced in France by Grandes Roseraies du Val de la Loire in 1928 as 'Fancy'.
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1930 as 'Fancy'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea, Pernetiana.  
Bloom:
Peach - pink, cherry-red shading, yellow undertones.  Mild fragrance.  Medium, semi-double (9-16 petals), in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Medium, ovoid buds.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
