Bred by Mathias Tantau, Jr. (1912 - 2006) (Germany, 1972).
Introduced in Australia by Roy H. Rumsey Pty. Ltd. in 1977 as 'Pussta'.

Floribunda.  

Dark red.  None / no fragrance.  Large, semi-double (9-16 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  

Bushy, compact, upright.  Large, bronze-green foliage.  

Height: 2' to 32" (60 to 80cm).  

USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose or garden.  Vigorous.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
