Pink blend, yellow center, buff center.  Large, double (17-25 petals) bloom form.  
Habit:
Climbing.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
This climbing sport was only offered by Glen Saint Mary Nurseries from 1915-1918. It doesn't seem to have been sold by any other nursery.
