Notes:
Dedicated to Marie Pauline Cécile Dupont-White (January 20, 1841 Paris - September 30, 1898 Cerny), who in 1863 married Marie François Sadi Carnot (August 11, 1837 Limoges - June 25, 1894 Lyon), French engineer and politician, President 1887-1894 until his assasination.
