Crimson, dark red shading, ages to red .  Medium-large, full (26-40 petals) bloom form.  Long buds.

Upright.  Glossy, dark green, leathery foliage.

USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).

Notes:
The pollen parent was an unknown Tea.

Dedicated to Joseph Victor Viviand-Morel (1843- December 28, 1915), chief gardener of botanist Alexis Jordan, botanist and editor of the magazine "Lyon-Horticole".
