USDA zone 6b and warmer.  
Breeder's notes:
06-27-13 is a low growing compact, disease resistant shrub. The semi-double blooms are medium to dark pink with yellow eyes. Is currently coded as A3. Blooms have the same tangerine scent as the seed parent, Morden Sunrise. The plant exhibits good winter hardiness, with only moderate die back on the canes.
