Bloom:
Orange - apricot, pink shading, vermilion shading.  Moderate fragrance.  Medium to large, double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy.  

Height: 30" to 4' (75 to 120cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.

Fryer's Roses says Pensioners Voice is without doubt one of the best roses around today... this rose has beautifully formed flowers of bright orange-arpicot, with occasional tints of pink and vermilion...
