Origin:
Bred by Hans Jürgen Evers (1940-2007) (Germany, before 1993).
Introduced in Germany by Rosen-Tantau/Tantau Roses in 1994 as 'Raphaela'.
Class:
Florists Rose, Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Orange-red, yellow undertones.  None to mild fragrance.  up to 20 petals.  Average diameter 5".  Very large, borne mostly solitary, high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Large, long, pointed, ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Glossy, leathery foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
